Andaman Beach Resort, Koh Phi Phi Don
Andaman Beach Resort is located at the far end of Ton Sai Bay, approximately 10 minutes walk from the pier. As the last resort on this beach (before the school and the rocky path to Hin Klom beach), it enjoys a relatively quiet atmosphere, but still within easy walking distance of town and two of Phi Phi's best beach bars, Carpe Diem and Hippies.
The beach directly in front of the resort is a strip of clean white sand, with stunning views over Phi Phi Leh island (sunsets are amazing). You can also swim on this beach.
It is a locally run bungalow resort, which means the rooms are basic and not very stylish but they are clean and reasonably well maintained, with decent amenities: TV with cable TV; fridge with mini bar; a choice of fan or air-conditioning; hot and cold water shower; electronic key card.
There is some proper family style accommodation here, including good value (for Phi Phi!) bungalows with two separate sleeping rooms (see below for rates). The bungalows are set in a nice garden behind the beach - the swimming pool and restaurant are on the beach front next to the sand.
There is a western-run diving school within the resort, and high-speed internet service in the lobby (no WI-FI). Other facilities include a Thai massage service, laundry, telephone and fax, and tour desk for excursions.

Remarks
Rates are per room per night, based on the maximum occupancy stated for each category, and include all applicable local taxes and daily American breakfast. Late check out (after 11am) will be subject to a charge of 20% of the room rate per hour or, after 15.00, a full night's stay.
Compulsory Gala Dinner charges will be levied on all guests in house on 24 and 31 December, at the following rates: 24 Dec - adults / 1500 THB, children (4-12 years) / 1000 THB; 31 Dec - adults / 1700 THB, children (4-12 years) / 1200 THB.
Andaman Beach Resort: cancellation policy
Any cancellations made less than 8 days before the due arrival date will be charged one night's stay. No-shows on the arrival date will also be charged one night's stay.
Please note thatn following cancellation, any refund due under the hotel policy above will be subject to a processing charge of 5% of refund value + 350 THB to cover bank costs.
Amendments to any booking (e.g. change of dates, extension of stay) that do not require a refund may be made free of charge.

If you arrive too late for the afternoon ferry you will have to stay overnight on the mainland.
