Phi Phi Villa Resort, Koh Phi Phi Don
Phi Phi Villa Resort is located at the far end of Ton Sai Bay, just before Andaman Beach Resort (which belongs to the same family) and approximately 10 minutes walk from the pier. All the bungalows are no more than a few paces from the sand, on a nice clean stretch of beach that enjoys beautiful views over Phi Phi Leh island and the crescent of Ton Sai Bay. (N.B. This beach is claimed as "private" on the resort's own website: this is not in fact true - no beaches in Thailand are private. However it is quiet and gets little foot traffic from other resorts).
Directly in front of the resort is the Carpe Diem beach bar and restaurant, one of Phi Phi's best. Breakfast is taken here in the morning and it is a great place to watch the sunset with a cocktail.
Phi Phi Villa Resort offers above average (for Phi Phi) mid-range accommodation in nice bungalows with thatched Thai roofs - some of them large enough for families - as well as in hotel rooms in the new building wing (completed in November 2008).
Furnishings have moved on from the old style shiny pastel bedcovers to a more contemporary look and there are the usual 2-3 star amenities in room, as well as good communal facilities: swimming pool, wireless internet access, tour desk, longtail boats for rent (with driver), laundry, massage, ATM and minimart and internet cafe.
During the high season months, Europeans are hired for guest relations, which helps smooth communication in the event of any problems or requests you may have.

The ultimate Thai Style Villa, located directly on the beach front with magnificent views of the Andaman Sea and famous Phi Phi Ley Island. With 2 king sized beds it's suitable for 4 persons. Just sit and watch the tide come and go from the private balcony.
Luxury Deluxe Family Villa
Our largest villa option for families or groups is located directly on the beach front with magnificent views of the Andaman Sea and famous Phi Phi Ley Island. The Luxury deluxe family villa has one king size, plus two queen size beds, a living room and a private balcony. Suitable for 4 persons.

Remarks
Rates are per room per night, based on 2 sharing, or 4 in the Luxury Deluxe Seaview / Family villas, and include all applicable local taxes and daily American breakfast.
Phi Phi Villa Resort: cancellation policy
Any cancellations made less than 15 days before the due arrival date (November - April) or 8 days before the due arrival date (May - October) will be charged one night's stay. No-shows on the arrival date will be charged in full.
Christmas Eve & New Years Eve surcharge (which includes Gala Dinner) - Adults 1200 THB, Children (6-11yr) 800 THB, 5yr and below no charge.
Please note thatn following cancellation, any refund due under the hotel policy above will be subject to a processing charge of 5% of refund value + 350 THB to cover bank costs.
Amendments to any booking (e.g. change of dates, extension of stay) that do not require a refund may be made free of charge.

Please note: airport transfers are not available to Koh Phi Phi; we will email you with full directions when we confirm your booking. Please also check if you are able to get to Koh Phi Phi on the day you arrive by looking at the ferry times on our getting here page. If you arrive too late for the afternoon ferry you will have to stay overnight on the mainland.
